  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.香菜摘洗干净切碎。
  • 3.尖辣椒洗净切粒。
  • 4.现成驴肉切粒。
  • 5.驴肉和菜混合。
  • 6.面粉加入适量盐和温水用筷子搅拌成面絮。
  • 7.用手揉成面团醒发15分钟。
  • 8.分成剂子。
  • 9.擀成面皮。
  • 10.涂抹适量油。两头往中间折叠。
  • 11.再折叠一下。用擀面杖轻轻擀开。
