巧克力豆大米戚风蛋糕
想做蛋糕但蛋糕粉没了,正好有大米粉,用大米粉尝试做蛋糕,结果用大米粉做的蛋糕比低粉做的好吃,有弹性很细腻,家人都爱吃

Steps to make 巧克力豆大米戚风蛋糕

  • 1.水和油搅拌均匀
  • 2.放入大米粉搅拌无干粉
  • 3.放入6只蛋黄和1只蛋白搅拌均分
  • 4.先用打蛋器慢档打发蛋白成泡沫状
  • 5.然后分三次放入糖打至蛋白成硬性能站起尖角不消失
  • 6.取三分之一蛋白放入面糊里上下搅拌不能划圈
  • 7.再将搅拌好的面糊倒入三分之二的蛋白里,放入巧克力豆拌匀
  • 8.搅拌好的面糊倒入模具里,轻轻振动几下,振出气泡,烤箱150度预热5分钟,放入烤箱上下烤25分钟后再160度烤20分钟
