  • 1.取下面包机内桶,称入牛奶。
  • 2.磕入两个鸡蛋。
  • 3.称入糖。
  • 4.称入盐,与糖对角放。
  • 5.称入面粉。
  • 6.面粉中间挖个小坑,放入酵母,酵母不能与糖和盐接触。然后把面包机桶放入面包机,安装好,选择和面程序。
  • 7.和面结束后,放入室温软化的黄油,再次选择和面程序,把面团和至扩展阶段,即取出一小块面团,能在手上形成手套膜。
  • 8.利用面包机把面团发至2-2.5倍大。
  • 9.取出排气并分为6等份,盖上保鲜膜静置10-15分钟。
  • 10.取一个小面团,擀成牛舌状,并如图折叠。
  • 11.再次擀开,尽量擀成长方形。
  • 12.卷起来,最后卷的那个边用手按的薄一些,这样整的好看。
  • 13.放入吐司盒。
  • 14.放入烤箱进行再次发酵,烤箱底部放碗热水,夏天可以不放热水。生坯发酵至模具的9分满时,取出,烤箱170度预热。预热好以后,放入烤箱,170度,上下火,自下向上第二层,40分钟左右,20分钟时视顶部上色情况及时盖上锡纸。
