Steps to make 黑米吐司

  • 1.黑米洗净后用水浸泡5小时以上。
  • 2.将泡黑米的多余的水倒出备用,黑米加适量的水蒸熟。
  • 3.将面包的材料(黄油除外)放在一起揉至能拉出膜时加入黄油揉至完全阶段。
  • 4.加入蒸熟的黑米揉匀,收圆,放入盆中,盖保鲜膜发酵至2.5倍大。
  • 5.将发酵好的面团排气后,分割成2个,揉圆,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 6.取一个面团,按编,擀长。
  • 7.翻面,将两边折向中间,再次按扁,擀长,底边压薄,卷起。
  • 8.放入吐司模中发酵。
  • 9.发酵至九分满时,盖上盖子。
  • 10.烤箱预热,上下火,210度,最下层,烤45分钟左右。
  • 11.直接吃也很美味哦!
