Steps to make Braised Mushroom Noodles with Sauce
- 1. Three or two pairs of shiitake mushroom noodles for later use;
- 2. Cut two bamboo shoots into small pieces;
- 3. Heat 80% of the oil in the pot and add water bamboo to stir fry for a while;
- 4. Add shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir fry until water comes out;
- 5. Add dough and stir fry well;
- 6. Seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and five spice powder;
