芒果班戟
一直想做这个甜品,今天给儿子做榴芒蛋糕,顺便做几个班戟,吃起来比较方便,味道也让人欲罢不能!

  • 低粉60
  • 黄油15g
  • 牛奶240g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 糖粉20g
  • 淡奶油200g

Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋加糖粉,搅拌均匀
  • 2.牛奶加入到蛋糊中
  • 3.加入低粉
  • 4.黄油隔水加热后放进面糊中
  • 5.过筛后放冰箱冷藏半个小时
  • 6.平底锅擦点油,放少一勺面糊,均匀的摊开,等凝固后就可以用了
  • 7.烙好的面皮
  • 8.奶油放白砂糖打发
  • 9.铺上一层面皮,抹上一层奶油
  • 10.铺上芒果(这里需要提醒一下,芒果最好选用大点的,切成两半,比较好包,我这个芒果丁是做蛋糕剩下的,所以比较碎,做好的班戟卖相会打折扣。)
  • 11.像这样包好
  • 12.切开就可以享用了,卖相打折,可是味道不打折哦
