Steps to make 肉丝炒口蘑

  • 1.口蘑清洗干净,去除根部的蒂,放了一个早上的口蘑,表面本来是白白净净的,你看都成小花脸了。
  • 2.口蘑切丝状、肉丝切成丝状、还有大蒜叶也切成段,备用、
  • 3.热锅,入油,因为肉里会有油,这里可以少放一点茶油的,待肉煎炒至变色就可以了。
  • 4.放入口蘑,翻炒。
  • 5.再调入一小勺的生抽和清水。
  • 6.再放入一勺的盐,搅拌下。
  • 7.大火收汁水。
  • 8.放入蒜叶,稍微翻拌下就可以出锅了。
