美味草莓慕斯蛋糕
最近和同事吃饭,本想点一个甜品,但是觉得吧外面的不仅贵而且用的东西也不好,尤其是奶油方面,植物奶油反式脂肪酸!
只好自己拯救自己了!就花几十元买的材料可以做很多回的呢!里面是8寸的方子!
以前经常在美食里找菜谱做吃的,头一次自己发布菜谱,里面如果有不如意的请大家见谅!

Details of ingredients

  • 8寸戚风蛋糕1个
  • 新鲜草莓400克
  • 草莓果汁100毫升
  • 草莓味QQ糖50克
  • 草莓味酸奶150克
  • 白巧克力60克
  • 砂糖30克
  • 鱼胶粉18克
  • 动物性淡奶油250毫升

Steps to make 美味草莓慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.提前准备烤好一个8寸的基础戚风(稍后会放出我用的戚风方子)
  • 2.草莓用盐水浸泡十分钟,然后洗净!把一些外相不好的挑出200克,用搅拌机打碎备用!
  • 3.将戚风切成两个片,不要太厚!用刀子将切去蛋糕周围宽0.5厘米的边去,放在下边的蛋糕要比上边的直径要长!
  • 4.将草莓切片围边,草莓片紧贴模具,与蛋糕之间留有空隙,方便后面奶油的导入!
  • 5.将奶油打发至6成,冷藏备用,放入奶油融化水油分离!
  • 6.将打好的草莓汁加入砂糖加热,至砂糖融化,加入隔水融化的白巧克力,和用热水化开的鱼胶粉搅拌均匀,微凉后加入草莓酸奶!(鱼胶粉不易化开,最好用筛子过一遍,不影响口感!要不吃起来会很惊喜的)
  • 7.将上一步做好的草莓汁与奶油充分混合,倒入已经准备好的模具中,我在中间加了一层草莓夹心!
  • 8.加上第二层面包,在倒入奶油,这里我的面包有点厚,第一层奶油倒的有点厚,所以上面是圆形的,不平!大家在做的时候一定要注意哦!
  • 9.1个小时以后再在上面做了点造型!将QQ糖隔水加热,加入草莓汁(我用的是如梦的,颜色比较好)放微凉,倒在蛋糕上!
