益元八珍戚风蛋糕
前阵子在五谷磨房买了两包益元八珍粉冲着喝,早上当早餐饮品,再配个包子或者馒头吃着,感觉也不错!
这天突出奇想,让它做了戚风蛋糕,没想到效果奇好,风味奇佳,哈哈,一大发现啊~!
搞得现在我都不想用来冲着喝了,还是做蛋糕显得更美味些!蛋糕减了一点糖量,感觉不太甜,很好吃养生啊~!

  • 益元八珍粉30g
  • 低筋面粉55g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 牛奶40g
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 细砂糖70g
  • 黑芝麻3g

Steps to make 益元八珍戚风蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋把蛋白蛋黄分开,其中蛋白打发,40g细砂糖分3次加入,打至干性发泡,然后发冰箱冷藏备用;
  • 2.低粉和益元八珍粉混合过筛两次;
  • 3.取一干净盘,入蛋黄,牛奶,色拉油以及30克细砂糖;
  • 4.用打蛋器搅打均匀;
  • 5.然后筛入2中混合好的粉类;并加入炒香的黑芝麻;
  • 6.用打蛋器或者是刮刀搅拌均匀,至无颗粒状;
  • 7.然后取出1/3打发好的蛋白入蛋糕糊中;
  • 8.用切拌的方式拌均匀;
  • 9.然后把蛋糕糊倒入余下的蛋白中;
  • 10.再次切拌均匀,然后把蛋糕糊倒主模具中,在桌上用力震两下,把内部的大气泡震出来!
  • 11.放入预热好的170度烤箱,上下火,烤约45-50分钟即可,取出后立即倒扣放凉,然后脱模,切块即可享用!也可以作为蛋糕坯,用来制作各式裱花蛋糕!
