胡萝卜红糖戚风蛋糕
第一次学做蛋糕,做的就是戚风蛋糕,呵呵!
因为做得熟练了,所以开始想点变化,希望吃得更健康,更美味些!
这个胡萝卜红糖蛋糕,儿子超喜欢,因为他是小兔,所有胡萝卜的菜菜都是他的大爱啊,哈哈!
当然,味道不错,试了几次,刚开始都是比较湿润,后来改良了,这个配方是我认为暂时比较理想的!

  • 低粉85g
  • 胡萝卜汁40g
  • 胡萝卜渣40g
  • 鸡蛋250g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 红糖50g

Steps to make 胡萝卜红糖戚风蛋糕

  • 1.胡萝卜洗净去皮榨汁;
  • 2.取适量胡萝卜渣备用;
  • 3.面粉过筛两次;
  • 4.蛋白打发至干性发泡,即可以拉起直角,细砂糖要蛋白打发时分三次加入;
  • 5.加入红糖搅打均匀;
  • 6.筛入面粉搅匀成蛋糕糊;
  • 7.加入胡萝卜渣;
  • 8.取三分之一蛋白入蛋糕糊中;
  • 9.用切拌的方式拌均匀;
  • 10.然后把蛋糕糊倒入余下的蛋白中;
  • 11.再次切拌均匀,然后把蛋糕糊倒主模具中,在桌上用力震两下,把内部的大气泡震出来!
  • 12.放入预热好的170度烤箱,上下火,烤约45-50分钟即可,取出后立即倒扣放凉,然后脱模,切块即可享用!也可以作为蛋糕坯,用来制作各式裱花蛋糕!
