  • 1.黄瓜洗净切小段
  • 2.放入盐拌匀,腌渍十分左右

  • 4.纱布口封好,上面放上重物将黄瓜的水分都压出来
  • 5.这是压好的黄瓜,我压了一天
  • 6.无油的锅内倒入适量酱油
  • 7.放入白糖
  • 8.倒入适量醋
  • 9.将酱油烧开
  • 10.关火,放入鸡精和盐搅匀
  • 11.将酱汁倒入碗中晾凉
  • 12.姜蒜切片
  • 13.将黄瓜和姜蒜片放入容器内
  • 14.倒入酱汁
  • 15.再放入一勺的高度白酒
  • 16.将黄瓜向下压一压,使其浸泡在酱汁里,盖盖,放入冰箱冷藏一两天后就可以吃了
