    Steps to make 腌酸菜

    • 1.准备腌酸菜的包芥菜。
    • 2.将芥菜清洗一下。
    • 3.洗净的芥菜晾过夜晾干水份。
    • 4.大颗的芥菜可以对半分切。
    • 5.将芥菜放入玻璃罐子。
    • 6.均匀洒上一层盐。
    • 7.再接着摆上一层芥菜。
    • 8.继续均匀洒上盐,一层又一层直到装满罐。
    • 9.盖上盖子后静置一夜。
    • 10.静置过后盐慢慢融化。
    • 11.开水煮开放凉备用。
    • 12.加入凉白开,再加入少许的白醋。
    • 13.水量要盖过芥菜,上面可放上一个碗盛满水,压住芥菜。
    • 14.盖上盖子后将芥菜放入阴凉处。
    • 15.三天后的酸菜。
    • 16.六天后的酸菜。
    • 17.半个月后的酸菜成品,好吃的酸菜需要时间让它慢慢发酵。
