Steps to make 腊味蔬菜煲仔饭

  • 1.大米洗净清水中泡30分钟,放入电饭煲中,倒入几滴食用油,加入温开水并使水的深度为一小指节。按下电饭煲的煲仔饭按键。
  • 2.腊鸡腿腊肠洗净。
  • 3.鸡腿去骨切块,腊肠切片。
  • 4.香菇青菜胡萝卜洗净切片,开水中笊一下备用。葱姜算切碎备用。
  • 5.待电饭煲响起“滴滴滴”的提示音时,米饭成蜂窝状,此时将切好的腊味铺一层在米饭上。
  • 6.煎2个溏心荷包蛋,15分钟后扑在腊味上面。
  • 7.然后开始调制酱汁。油锅加热,放少量油并倒入葱姜蒜末,翻炒几下加入生抽,老抽,蚝油和适量的糖鸡精等炒开。
  • 8.再10分钟后,闻到浓郁的腊味香时,将香菇,青菜,胡萝卜平铺在最上层,然后将炒好的酱汁沿着锅四周倒入。
  • 9.盖上盖,继续十几分钟,将酱汁和米饭中的多余水分收干即可(喜欢这样的米饭有点焦香味)。
