鸡蛋肠粉
做肠粉需要的材料只要三种:粘米粉、澄面和玉米淀粉,很普通的食材,在超市就可以买得到。

Steps to make 鸡蛋肠粉

  • 1.鸡蛋打散,葱切粒,锅里装入水烧热。
  • 2.粘米粉、澄面和玉米淀粉倒入盆里。
  • 3.加入水,搅拌至没有颗粒的粉浆。
  • 4.肠粉盘刷一层薄油(没有肠粉盘的话,如果用其他盘子,底部一定要平整的,肠粉盘在万能的淘宝网上有售)。
  • 5.舀一勺半粉浆倒入肠粉盘里,加入一点打散的蛋液和葱花。
  • 6.交叉摆放到早已烧开水的锅里,盖上锅盖。
  • 7.大火蒸3分钟。
  • 8.用肠粉铲把蒸好的肠粉刮到一边,再摆在盘子里。
