广式叉烧肉
红红火火过大年!广式叉烧内,色泽红润,咸甜鲜香,回味悠长,我家孩子超爱吃;以前想吃都是去卤菜店买,其实我们也可以自己在家做,自己做的叉烧肉,味道一点也不比外买的差,而且吃着还更加地健康放心~~~

  • 五花肉460克
  • 陈皮少许
  • 蒜头3瓣
  • 香叶3片
  • 料酒2勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油半勺
  • 食盐1小勺
  • 白糖3小勺
  • 麦芽糖1勺

Steps to make 广式叉烧肉

  • 1.五花内洗净后,沥干水分。
  • 2.准备好陈皮、香叶,蒜头切片。
  • 3.碗中放入五花肉,食盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油,1小勺白糖和麦牙糖。
  • 4.再放入蒜片、陈皮和香叶,抓拌均匀,加盖放冰箱腌制一夜。
  • 5.取出腌好的五花肉,放在碗盖上,用牙签在肉上扎些小孔,方便入味。
  • 6.摆入空气炸锅的烤架上,并且在肉的两面刷上腌肉汁,200度烤20~25分钟左右。
  • 7.中途打开盖子:刷汁、翻面、再刷汁。
  • 8.合上盖子,继续。
  • 9.再次打开上盖,翻面、刷汁。
  • 10.时间不够,可以延长几分钟。
  • 11.看到五花肉表面烤得变成金黄就可以了。
  • 12.将余下的腌肉汁倒入锅中,加少许清水,煮沸后撇去浮沫,最后把汤汁收至浓稠。
  • 13.淋在叉烧肉上即可。
  • 14.一道家常版的广式叉烧肉就做好了,色泽红润,咸甜鲜香,细嫩又好吃。
