本来想给外甥做个粉红色的夹心饼干,结果不小心红曲加多了,就成了图片上这个样子。还以为会遭那小子嫌弃,结果人家就因为里面夹了他最爱的德芙白巧克力,欢喜得不得了。

  • 红曲粉5g
  • 黄油50g
  • 鸡蛋液18g
  • 糖针8g

Steps to make 红曲夹心饼干

  • 1.先将黄油室温软化。然后加入糖粉,用手动打蛋器搅打至完全融合。
  • 2.分两次倒入鸡蛋液。每次都需搅打至完全融合再加下一次。
  • 3.将红曲粉倒入低粉中,混合。
  • 4.一起过筛至黄油糊中。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀切拌至无干粉颗粒的状态。
  • 6.放在案板上,用手轻抓成面团,包上保鲜膜或保鲜袋,入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 7.然后取出,用擀面杖擀至2mm的面片。用模具刻出正方形的形状。
  • 8.再用五角星的小模具将一半的方形面片刻出镂空的五角星形状。
  • 9.烤箱预热,160度,中层,上下火18分钟左右。
  • 10.考好后取出晾凉。
  • 11.白巧克力隔温水融化,一边用勺子搅拌。
  • 12.软化后,加入糖针,用勺子翻拌均匀。
  • 13.去完整的饼干片,抹上适量巧克力。
  • 14.再取镂空五角星的饼干片,盖上,轻压按紧。入冰箱冷藏1小时即可。
