其实此小饼,补钙效果一级棒!!秋葵不仅含钙量与鲜奶相当,以有机物的形式存在,有着相较于牛奶有较高的吸收率,所以是理想的钙源。豆腐的补钙威力就不用强调了吧。两小块豆腐,即可满足一个人一天钙的需要量。(补充下,含水量低的豆腐,补钙效果优于含水量大的,像内酯豆腐含水量就太多,日本豆腐直接不含钙哦)
