  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.猪骨头买回家用冷水浸泡1小时,把骨头里面的血水浸泡出来,冲洗干净。
  • 3.老姜洗净切片,准备锅一个,把猪筒骨放入适量冷水,放入老姜片大火煮开加料酒焯3~5分钟,取出冲洗干净。
  • 4.全部处理干净的食材。
  • 5.甜玉米棒洗净切段,干海带浸泡半小时洗净,切块用盐搓洗干净,再冲洗一下待用。电炖锅内放入猪骨头,老姜片,香葱结,煮开后加料酒2勺,把香葱结捞出扔掉,放入甜玉米和海带继续炖二小时,放入适量盐,煮10分钟起锅,这个时候的排骨汤特别的好喝,玉米在吸收了肉汁以后,鲜嫩美味,排骨也煮的。
  • 6.上桌前撒上葱花。
