Steps to make 经典原味黄油曲奇

  • 1.牛奶中加入糖,小火加温至白糖全部融化,变成奶溶液,放凉备用。
  • 2.黄油室温融化,打发至蓬松(肉眼观察要颜色发白,顺滑,打蛋器感觉没有阻力,体积增大)。然后分三次加入已经放凉的糖奶溶液,用打蛋器打至融合
  • 3.在上一步骤中加入所有粉类(面粉,杏仁粉,盐),搅拌均匀,装入裱花袋,挤出一朵朵小花来放入烤箱
  • 4.165度中层,20分钟,烤好后拿出放凉即可食用
