  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 黄油60g
  • 牛奶45g
  • 蜂蜜10g
  • 糖浆20g
  • 红苹果2个
  • 细砂糖15g

Steps to make 玫瑰花苹果派

  • 1.将黄油软化后,与低筋面粉、细糖,用手搓均匀;
  • 2.将牛奶缓慢加入边加入边混合;
  • 3.揉成表面光滑的面团,冷藏松弛15min;
  • 4.将红苹果洗干净,切成薄片
  • 5.将蜂蜜和糖浆一起煮开,加入苹果片,小火,将苹果煮软;
  • 6.将面皮擀至厚0.4cm的薄片,再切割为款7cm左右的面皮;
  • 7.将煮好的苹果片红边朝上且露出一点红边,重叠一半式放置均匀;
  • 8.底下部分面皮折起,覆盖住苹果白色部分;
  • 9.由一端卷起,卷成卷;
  • 10.放入大小合适的模具中,防止在烤制时弹开;
  • 11.德普烤箱快热档,烤制25min即可;
