Steps to make 葡式蛋挞

  • 1.淡奶油加牛奶加细砂糖放电磁炉上搅拌加热至细砂糖融化及沸腾,加热好的牛奶放晾网上晾凉
  • 2.晾凉的牛奶加入蛋黄拌匀成葡挞液
  • 3.葡挞液过筛
  • 4.倒入葡挞皮中8分满,放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火200度,烤15~20分钟,表面稍微有点焦焦即可出炉。
