Steps to make 柿子月饼

  • 1.主料中的所有食材搅拌均匀至无干粉。
  • 2.静置松弛一个小时。
  • 3.取36克面团加入菠菜粉,成绿色面团,另外的加入南瓜粉和红曲粉,调成橙红色面团。
  • 4.两种面团分别分成18个均匀的小剂子。
  • 5.取一个橙红色面团包入绿豆沙馅(绿豆沙馅提前分成18个30克一个的均匀的小剂子)。
  • 6.团成圆形。
  • 7.取2克绿色面团,先放入模具中,压成叶子。
  • 8.再放入橙红色面团。
  • 9.和上模具,一个柿子月饼生胚就好了。
  • 10.依次做完,摆入烤盘中,入炉前喷水。
  • 11.放入预热好个烤箱中,中层,180度先烤5分钟,再160度烤15分钟即可,中间加盖锡纸,以免上色过深。
  • 12.好了。
  • 13.两天后,回油就可以吃了。
