芫荽……芫荽是什么东东?这俩字我都不会读。

纳尼,是香菜呀。
香菜学名是芫荽!
小时候总是见长辈们把芫荽晒干保存,吃的时候揪点,搓8搓,成碎沫,然后再炝点油,调点调料和着饭一起吃。现在芫荽基本上是现吃了。不过偶尔的买多了,就腌起来,这样也方便食用,尤其调面吃,香气浓郁。
做法没有什么技术性,就当做一个小分享吧

Steps to make 腌芫荽

  • 1.把香菜洗净
  • 2.切小段
  • 3.用盐拌起来
  • 4.把拌好的香菜放在无油的容器里,最后再放一些盐。
  • 5.用光滑的石头压在香菜上(石头可不用),放冰箱冷藏
  • 6.可随时取出石头,用无油的筷子翻一翻。
  • 7.腌过2天后就可以吃了。
