腊味贝裙寿司
家中的湖南王家五腊肠只剩下这么一点了,绝对不能浪费呀,想想还是做寿司好,即不用太多而且还很入味,饭菜同时省事又好吃!
刚好美味的海狸罐头也只有这一罐了,那就搭配着一起,一卷寿司里面有腊味香、海味鲜、青菜粒的营养太满足啦!

  • 腊肠半根
  • 贝裙罐头一盒
  • 糯米100G
  • 黄瓜半根
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 海苔三张

Steps to make 腊味贝裙寿司

  • 1.准备好所需的村料,糯米要提前泡几个小时
  • 2.腊肠和胡萝卜切小丁
  • 3.黄瓜切小丁备用
  • 4.胡萝卜和玉米粒焯水至断生
  • 5.糯米和大米混合蒸至8成熟的时候放腊肠丁(水量要控制好不要蒸太稀了)
  • 6.腊肠断生饭就可以了,取出加入盐、玉米粒、黄瓜和胡萝卜丁和寿司醋
  • 7.用铲子混合拌均匀即可
  • 8.取一张海苔,上在铺上一层拌好的米饭,一头再放上贝裙罐头
  • 9.卷好成型,稍微压紧一点
  • 10.切小段即可
