Steps to make 格丽思小厨房莓栗月饼

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.板栗在烤之前先把皮切上一刀,刷上油
  • 3.放入蒸烤箱,选择烧烤模式230摄氏度运行30分钟
  • 4.芸豆浸泡过夜,用水煮30分钟,煮熟之后放凉剥皮
  • 5.剥皮的芸豆放入料理杯内,选择10档运行3分钟即可
  • 6.将豆泥放入锅中,加入白砂糖和无盐黄油,用小火不停翻炒至浓厚成团
  • 7.将烤好的板栗剥皮,板栗肉和适量清水用破壁机10档运行3分钟即可
  • 8.蔓越莓干切细
  • 9.板栗泥加入白糖和无盐黄油翻炒,之后加入蔓越莓干,成团之后取出用湿布盖住冷却
  • 10.芸豆泥加入中筋面粉,15g黄油搅拌均匀之后分成3份
  • 11.取一份加入抹茶粉,搅拌均匀;另一份加入可可粉搅拌均匀
  • 12.馅料每份25g,月饼皮每份30g;将馅料包入月饼皮,成圆形
  • 13.压入模具,挤压出成品
  • 14.放入烤盘,可垫油纸或者锡箔纸
  • 15.放入蒸汽烤箱,选择烧烤模式170摄氏度15分钟
