海参炒生面

  • 蚝油1匙
  • 酱油1匙
  • 胡椒粉半茶匙
  • 鸡精半茶匙

Steps to make 海参炒生面

  • 1.将香菇、猪肉、海参、洋葱、蒜苗切条。
  • 2.热锅炒香洋葱、香菇、蒜白。
  • 3.放入猪肉炒至变色,加蚝油、酱油炒片刻。
  • 4.加入一碗半水,放胡椒粉、鸡精烧开倒出待用。
  • 5.另锅加热放油,抖松生面铺在锅里。
  • 6.中小火煎至两面金黄色。
  • 7.倒入提前煮好的海参汤汁(汤汁跟面持平,也可改用鲜鱿鱼、虾等海鲜)。
  • 8.盖上锅盖中小火焖至汤汁微干(约三~四分钟)
  • 9.撒上蒜苗炒至断生。
  • 10.即可上盘,也可拌入潮汕沙茶王,味道更佳。
