Steps to make 红烧牛肉面

  • 1.牛肉剔除筋膜,切成大丁。
  • 2.黄花菜、木有提前30分钟用冷水浸泡。
  • 3.炒锅上火放油烧热,放牛肉丁煸干水分,放豆瓣酱炒出香味,放甜面酱翻炒均匀,加入姜蒜末,放水炖至牛肉软烂。
  • 4.放入萝卜丁。
  • 5.放入黄花菜和木耳,调入盐、胡椒粉和味精。
  • 6.最后放入葱花。
  • 7.将面条煮熟,盛入碗中,放少许香菜。
  • 8.盛入炒好的牛肉臊子。
  • 9.成品。
