    Steps to make 酱汁鱼

    • 1.草鱼。
    • 2.将草鱼表面切一字刀。
    • 3.青红椒切小丁。
    • 4.甜面酱。
    • 5.锅中加入适量水烧开后,将鱼放入略煮备用。
    • 6.过滤后的鱼。
    • 7.坐锅点火倒油,将黄酱、甜面酱下入炒香。
    • 8.加葱姜米炒香。
    • 9.冲适量清水。
    • 10.沸腾后放入鱼。
    • 11.大火烧开转小火烧7-8分钟,将鱼取出装盘,撒青红椒丁。
    • 12.汤中调入白糖、味精、香油,不停搅拌至汤汁浓厚,淋在鱼身上,撒姜米即可。
