  • 仔姜150g
  • 柠檬2个
  • 冰糖200g
  • 食盐30g
  • 纯净水500ml

Steps to make 紫苏桃子姜

  • 1.所有食材清洗干净。
  • 2.锅中加冰糖和水烧开,冰糖融化。
  • 3.加入紫苏叶熬煮10分钟,紫苏叶完全变色。
  • 4.捞出紫苏叶切碎,煮好的水放一旁晾凉。
  • 5.仔姜去皮切薄片。
  • 6.脆桃去皮切厚片(也可洗干净后不去皮)。
  • 7.桃子和姜片放在一起,用食盐拌匀,腌制30分钟。
  • 8.30分钟后,用清水将桃子姜片清洗干净,多洗几遍。
  • 9.柠檬挤出柠檬汁。
  • 10.柠檬汁倒入晾凉的紫苏水中,看它变成粉红色。
  • 11.一层桃子姜片一层紫苏装罐,最上层适量用白糖封顶。
  • 12.粉红的紫苏水倒入罐中。
  • 13.密封,冰箱冷藏36小时即可。
  • 14.36小时之后汤色变深,就可以吃了。腌制出的汁水加气泡水可以做饮料。
