月圆中秋---------【椰香双豆沙月饼】
下午4点钟的火车,大姐家的儿子18号结婚,很是为他们高兴!想当年那个还抱在怀里的小屁孩,真的要结婚了,感叹时间如流水,他结婚了,我也老拉!开玩笑的,外甥只比我小13岁,我们走在一起不知道的还以为是姐弟俩呢!外甥的感情路很是不顺,现在终于成家了,也了却了大姐和姐夫的一桩心愿,在这里也衷心的祝福外甥新婚快乐,家庭辛福,事业步步高升!

  

   要回家了,也带不了很多东西,再就是家里现在啥都有卖的,别看是农村,现在小超市的商品可全了,有的家里有城市还买不到呢!昨天烤了两炉月饼,给家人带着尝尝,咱这可是没有防腐剂和各种添加剂的纯手工月饼,豆沙馅是自己炒的,本打算炒白豆沙的,煮的时候水放多了,最后又放了红豆进去一起煮,最后炒的时候放了四小包椰子粉,浓浓的椰子香的豆沙馅,很是香甜,不腻口!

  • 鸡蛋1个(刷表面)
  • 转化糖浆150克
  • 玉米油50克
  • 枧水4克

Steps to make 月圆中秋---------【椰香双豆沙月饼】

  • 1.饼皮原料备用;
  • 2.转化糖浆,枧水,食用油倒入大碗内混合,搅匀;
  • 3.放入面粉;
  • 4.混合成面团;
  • 5.包上保鲜膜醒一小时;
  • 6.醒好的面团分成20g一个,豆沙馅分成30克一个;
  • 7.取一面团按扁,放入豆沙;
  • 8.像包油酥一样,利用右手虎口慢慢收口;
  • 9.将包好的月饼,搓圆,放面粉中滚上一圈,再放到手心重新搓一遍;
  • 10.模具中撒面粉,将圆球套入模中,朝下按出月饼即可;(按的时候不要太用力了);
  • 11.将所有的月饼做好,码入放了锡纸的烤盘上;
  • 12.喷上一层清水;
  • 13.烤箱预热200度,中层,20分钟。烤5分钟后,拿出刷上一层全蛋液;
  • 14.再继续烤15分钟,取出晾凉即可。(做好的月饼表皮是硬的,放置12个小时回油后,即可食用)!
