Steps to make 鲜香雪里红

  • 1.新鲜雪里红洗净后用盐腌制2小时以上。
  • 2.腌好后,用清水洗去盐味。
  • 3.拧干水份。
  • 4.虾仁温水泡开,待用。
  • 5.两个蛋,打成蛋液。
  • 6.将虾仁和蛋液混合打发,油稍多,大火翻炒。
  • 7.两面微黄即可,盛盘待用。
  • 8.放油大火炒雪里红,不用加盐。
