土豆泥紫菜卷

    在众多的食材当中,用最简单的调料就能做出秀色可餐,美味可口的菜肴,土豆是其中之一。在这春暖花开,土豆正当季的时节,土豆上我家餐桌频率最高了。喜欢用食材折腾各种美食的我,居然在无意中弄出了个——土豆泥紫菜卷。还是那句老话,好看又好吃。

Steps to make 土豆泥紫菜卷

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.土豆去皮切块放蒸锅中蒸熟
  • 3.鸡蛋放锅中煮熟
  • 4.胡萝卜去皮后切小粒,剥好豌豆
  • 5.蒸熟的土豆压成泥
  • 6.鸡蛋煮熟后去壳对半切开挖出鸡黄
  • 7.锅中烧开水,加点盐,放豌豆和胡萝卜粒焯熟捞出放碗中
  • 8.将胡萝卜、豌豆、蛋黄、土豆泥装一个大点的碗中
  • 9.加入盐、美极鲜、胡椒粉、香油搅拌均匀
  • 10.紫菜切成3CM宽的紫菜条
  • 11.套上一次性手套,将搅拌好的土豆泥搓成圆柱状
  • 12.案板上辅上紫菜,将土豆泥卷起来成卷,依次卷好土豆泥,装盘即可
