  • 4.打入1枚鸡蛋。
  • 5.加入3克酵母。
  • 6.用500克温水和面。
  • 7.用筷子搅成絮状后在揉面垫上揉成光滑的面团。
  • 8.无需醒发将面团放在蒸屉上压扁盖盖醒发半小时。
  • 9.醒发至两倍大。
  • 10.开火上汽蒸10分钟再焖2分钟出锅。
  • 11.成品图。
