  • 淀粉5g
  • 白酒5ml
  • 花生油20ml

Steps to make 火爆猪肝

  • 1.猪肝放入清水中浸泡40分钟。
  • 2.把泡好的猪肝片成薄片。
  • 3.锅中加水烧开放入片好的猪肝焯10秒钟盛出。
  • 4.加上淀粉,五香粉,美极鲜,抓匀腌制5分钟。
  • 5.辣椒去籽洗净切片。
  • 6.胡萝卜洗净切菱形片。
  • 7.热锅下油,放入一半的葱姜末,郫县豆瓣爆香。
  • 8.放入青椒和胡萝卜炒至断生。
  • 9.再加入猪肝, 剩余的葱姜,醋,白酒,白砂糖,美极鲜。
  • 10.炒匀旺火翻炒30秒关火出锅即可。
