- 1. Boil the Zongzi leaves in a boiling water pot for about ten minutes. The leaves will become soft, washed and boiled again. Add two small spoons of salt. Cool water too cold, soak in cold water.
- 2. Wash red beans, blood glutinous rice, and glutinous rice thoroughly and soak in cold water for at least 6 hours.
- 3. Drain the water, add an appropriate amount of salad oil and mix well. Prepare red dates and cotton thread.
- 4. Take two Zongzi leaves and subtract the sharp corners. Two leaves are placed side by side, slightly staggered and stacked.

- 11. Evenly wrap cotton thread from top to bottom, and do not wrap the thread too tightly to avoid rice bursting when cooking Zongzi. Cut off excess leaves to make the appearance beautiful.
