  • 1. 1准备材料
  • 2.2 抹茶粉,牛奶,淡奶油,色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 3.3用小火稍微加热搅拌至抹茶粉完全融化离火
  • 4.4 倒入过筛的低筋面粉,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 5.5加入三个蛋黄混合均匀待用
  • 6.6蛋白加入细砂糖,用电动打蛋器打至湿性发泡(提起打蛋器,打蛋头上挂的蛋白呈大弯勾状
  • 7.7取三分一打发的蛋白霜翻拌入抹茶蛋黄糊中,混合好之后,再倒入剩余的三分二蛋白霜里, 翻拌均匀待用,倒入铺有油纸的黄金烤盘上摊匀震两下
  • 8.8放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烤15分钟左右
  • 9.9准备奶油部分,将淡奶油、奶油奶酪和糖粉混合在一个盆中,隔水稍微加热至奶油能搅拌成顺滑状态
  • 10.10待烤好的蛋糕凉,就涂抹芝士酱到蛋糕上,然后再撒上适量的蜜豆
  • 11.11卷好,放冰箱冷藏半小时再切片即可
