南瓜米粉发糕

  • 1.准备粘米粉、细砂糖和牛奶。
  • 2.油、酵母粉和泡打粉。
  • 3.南瓜蒸熟碾压成泥备用。
  • 4.把粘米粉、泡打粉和酵母粉倒入盆中。
  • 5.把粘米粉和酵母、泡打粉充分拌匀。
  • 6.把细砂糖加入粘米粉中。
  • 7.把糖和粉搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把牛奶和油加入盆中。
  • 9.充分搅拌均匀没有粉颗粒就放一旁备用。
  • 10.把微温不烫手的南瓜泥加入米糊中。
  • 11.充分搅拌均匀后盖上保鲜膜放一旁静止发酵,这是可以开火把水烧开。
  • 12.准备锡纸杯和烘焙用纸杯。
  • 13.水开后把南瓜米糊充分搅拌均匀倒入量杯中。
  • 14.把南瓜米糊倒入准备好的米糊中,可以倒入9分满或纸杯的水平都可以。
  • 15.大火蒸25分钟就可以出锅。
  • 16.蒸了两个配方的做对比,白的是纯米粉没有放酵母粉的。
