几年了,我家人物宝贝喜欢我做的最最简单的寿司卷,里面的食材每次都说要黄瓜和蛋的,至于蟹棒什么的一概不要。其实,老实说,我也就会这种紫菜包在外的样子,次数倒是好几次了。最近他又下载了一部《南极料理人》给我看,说里面的饭团做法更简单。可惜本地我还没有找到鱼子酱那样的食材。淘呢,感觉天气还太热。所以,还是做寿司卷算了。每次做好或多或少总得带些到单位分享给小伙伴们,尽管有人不喜欢胡萝卜,可还是抢了吃。

  • 黄瓜1根
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 糯米一量杯

Steps to make 紫菜卷

  • 1.食材图,忘了火腿肠了
  • 2.黄瓜先用食盐搓一搓
  • 3.把胡萝卜、黄瓜和火腿肠都切成条状
  • 4.锅里倒入少许植物油,将鸡蛋液倒入,煎成一张蛋饼
  • 5.再取出蛋饼也切成条
  • 6.将糯米和粳米淘洗后,电饭煲煮成饭
  • 7.趁热撒入适量的食盐拌匀
  • 8.稍凉,倒入适量的寿司醋拌匀
  • 9.竹帘上放紫菜一张,铺上米饭,将饭由上至下均匀地铺开,留出一寸空的
  • 10.在铺好的米饭上放黄瓜、蛋皮和胡萝卜和火腿肠条
  • 11.顺势用竹帘将紫菜卷起,卷紧
  • 12.切成自己喜欢的厚度就行了。
