Steps to make 火龙果撞奶

  • 1.红心火龙果去皮切成小块。
  • 2.准备做了一盘火龙果冰块,这个颜色太美了。
  • 3.我用的这个白凉粉,白凉粉和水的比例按1:30,这一包50g,加1500ml的水。不同牌子的白凉粉比例不同,具体看包装上的制作方法。
  • 4.火龙果放入搅拌机杯子里,我加了300ml的水。
  • 5.放搅拌机里搅拌。
  • 6.搅成果汁,多搅几遍会比较细腻。
  • 7.火龙果有籽,我用滤网过滤了一遍。
  • 8.把火龙果汁倒入锅中,锅要无油。加1200ml的水,一包白凉粉和2勺白糖,搅拌均匀。如果火龙果很甜可以不加糖,我这个火龙果有点酸,所以加2勺糖。大火煮开,边煮边搅拌,烧开即可关火。
  • 9.倒入容器里,我这个倒入保鲜盒里面的是准备做果冻。
  • 10.把煮好的凉粉汁倒入好看的杯子中,差不多倒三分之二,不要倒满,剩下的要倒牛奶。等冷却后放冰箱冷藏至凝固
  • 11.凝固后拿出来,倒入纯牛奶。没有凝固不要倒牛奶,不然都混合到一起了。
  • 12.用勺子搅碎,放一点火龙果果肉和薄荷装饰
  • 13.成品。颜色非常美,好看又好喝。
