Steps to make 布朗尼冰淇淋三明治

  • 1.材料:布朗尼蛋糕A:低粉70克 可可粉15克 泡打粉1/2小匙B:黑巧克力120g 黄油70克 朗姆酒1小匙 鲜奶20克C:鸡蛋2个 细砂糖90克,核桃仁60克芒果冰淇淋A:蛋黄1个,糖粉40克,牛奶130ML,B:动物性淡奶油80ML,香草精1ML,芒果泥90克,糖粉15克,柠檬汁8克,盐一小撮过程:1.核桃仁提前用烧开的水汆一下,再用烤箱150度烤香备用
  • 2.巧克力块黄油切成小块,用隔水加热的方法边加热边搅拌成酱
  • 3.将朗姆酒和鲜奶加入到融化的巧克力酱内,搅拌均匀
  • 4.鸡蛋和细砂糖用手动打蛋器打至砂糖融化,加入巧克力酱内搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入过筛的粉类A低粉70克 可可粉15克 泡打粉1/2小匙,搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入烤香的核桃仁,即为蛋糕面糊
  • 7.倒入垫油纸的烤盘,烤箱预热175°上下火中层25分钟左右即可
  • 8.将A中1个蛋黄、40克细砂糖、130ML牛奶全部倒入奶锅,并搅拌均匀。用小火加热并不断搅拌,直到奶锅里的液体受热后开始有沸腾的趋势,立即离火。
  • 9.芒果切小丁,加入糖粉15克,柠檬汁8克,并搅拌均匀
  • 10.将淡奶油打发倒入做好的淡奶液1,加入香草精和一点点盐,搅拌均匀
  • 11.将芒果丁倒入,并用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 12.倒入冻好的冰淇淋桶中,按程序iMix,20分钟后搅打完成。芒果冰淇淋就做好了
  • 13.将布朗尼蛋糕切成2片,取一片放入保鲜盒
  • 14.在蛋糕片上铺上冰淇淋,尽量抹平
  • 15.把另外一片蛋糕铺在上面,用手轻轻拍平压实。盖上保鲜盒放在冰箱冷冻室冷冻2个小时以上取出用刀切成小块即可食用。
