马上要到元宵节了,亲手制作一碗花生汤圆吧,吃起来更有味道。

    Steps to make 花生汤圆

    • 1.将花生米炒熟。
    • 2.去掉红皮。
    • 3.将花生和少许芝麻放入料理机中搅拌成碎末。
    • 4.放入红糖、白糖、猪油拌匀。
    • 5.将紫薯蒸熟后碾成泥。
    • 6.胡萝卜切成小块放入料理机中搅拌成泥,取汁待用。
    • 7.紫薯泥中放入糯米粉和成面团。
    • 8.胡萝卜汁中放入适量糯米粉和成面团。再另外和一个白色面团。(忘记照相了)
    • 9.将拌好花生泥分成小份。
    • 10.取少许白色面团压成饼状,上面放一块橙色面团。再卷在一起。揉成彩色面皮,放入花生泥。
    • 11.包成大小均匀的汤圆。
    • 12.放入开水锅中煮熟即可。
