  • 1.老鸭洗净剁块。
  • 2.薏米和黄芪洗净备用。
  • 3.鸭肉焯水,洗净。
  • 4.锅中加入足量的清水,放入鸭肉,加入薏米和黄芪。
  • 5.加盖,放上气阀,大火煮至上汽,转小火煲30分钟左右。
  • 6.下汽后,拿掉气阀,开盖,调入盐和鸡精。
  • 7.盛入碗中即可食用。
