  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.先称取100克肠粉专用粉。
  • 3.称取清水250克。
  • 4.肥牛剁碎备用,肠粉专用粉加清水搅拌均匀,加适量食盐调味。
  • 5.准备两个浅托盘,刷上油。
  • 6.把水煮开。
  • 7.先打入两勺粉浆,再加入适量肥牛碎末。
  • 8.大火蒸2-3分钟。
  • 9.时间到马上拿出来。
  • 10.用刮刀把肠粉卷起来。
  • 11.装盘,加入适量酱油,淋上少许熟油。(加热后的食用油)
  • 12.成品。
