Steps to make 酥脆小零食

  • 1.备好主要的食材,将盐和面粉混合。干面粉加水搅拌到无干粉,揉和成为面团。松弛30分钟。松弛的过程中要揉面。记得密封松弛哈,不然面胚会干燥。
  • 2.松弛好的面胚,移到面案上,搓成条状。制成如同做水饺的面皮一样大小的面皮,按压成扁圆形。
  • 3.将面胚擀成饺子面皮一样大小,但是比饺子面皮薄一些,这样炸的会比较酥脆。擀的时候多加干面粉免得的粘连哈。
  • 4.面皮擀得越薄越好,擀好的面皮抖下干粉,中间割二口子,放在盖帘上边,留有间隙哈。
  • 5.植物油不要烧开,7,8热就可以小火炸饼了。炸的时候不要离开哈,不然就会炸糊巴,注意观察注意翻面哈。泡泡越多炸的越好。
  • 6.分享小零食,酥到掉渣了。
