放心油条(适合家用)
一斤面,加入12克泡打粉,10克吉士粉,搅拌均匀,重新找一个小盆子,打入一个鸡蛋,加入6克盐,6克糖,30克油,250克水,充分搅均匀,盐糖都化开为止!然后加入面粉里,揉均匀,然后醒面15分钟,再揉,再醒15分钟,再用上下叠加法揉一次,然后做成一条面杠,用保鲜膜包起来,醒8小时以上最好,让后可以开炸!

  • 1.和好的油条面,用保鲜膜包起来充分醒一下,八个小时以上最好!
  • 2.桌上撒一层干面粉防粘,油条面拉伸,也撒上一层干面粉
  • 3.用擀面杖擀成半公分厚,五公分左右的面条,然后用刀切成1.5公分宽的剂子
  • 4.用筷子沾水,隔一条在中间位置抹上一道水,这部很重要,如图所示
  • 5.然后两片叠在一起,用刀背压一下,使两片面皮中间部位粘在一起
  • 6.等油温达到一百八十度到两百度之间就可以开始炸了!我用的电磁炉,很方便
  • 7.这样的油条皮稣里面嫩,空心,味道口感都很棒!最重要的是安全,没有任何添加剂
