Steps to make 【北京】蚂蚁上树

  • 1.粉丝泡凉水中,泡软后用剪刀剪成10公分左右长
  • 2.青蒜苗洗净,去掉老叶
  • 3.纵切两半,再切末
  • 4.肉馅准备好,多少可随意
  • 5.炒锅中倒适量油,油可多一点,炒出来的肉馅和粉丝不巴锅,肉馅入锅中煸炒变色
  • 6.加入一大勺郫县豆瓣酱,炒出红油来
  • 7.再加点生抽调鲜味,因为豆瓣酱很咸,所以盐就不用再加了
  • 8.倒半杯水,煮开
  • 9.将泡软的粉丝入锅中,将汤汁都吸进来
  • 10.青蒜末入锅中,翻炒均匀,出锅
  • 11.鲜香入味
