  • 酵母4g
  • 黑芝麻1匙

Steps to make 椰浆早餐包

  • 1.将所有食材全放入面包筒内,和面20分钟
  • 2.面团放入盆里发酵
  • 3.发酵至2到2.5倍
  • 4.排空气将面团分成12小团醒10分钟
  • 5.将面团搓成圆团放入烤盘进行第二次发酵
  • 6.发酵至2倍
  • 7.涂上蛋液,散上黑芝麻,烤箱180度预热5分钟,上下烤15分钟
  • 8.15分钟出箱放凉
