迎春梅花蛋糕

Steps to make 迎春梅花蛋糕

  • 1.蛋清加白醋,盐,分3次加60克白糖打发。
  • 2.蛋黄加30克白糖打散,分次加玉米油打匀,再加牛奶打匀。
  • 3.蛋黄液里筛入低粉。
  • 4.拌匀。
  • 5.蛋黄糊里放入3分之1蛋清,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.把拌好的面糊倒入剩下的蛋清中拌匀。
  • 7.倒入8寸戚风模具中,震几下,震去大气泡。
  • 8.放入烤箱下层,150度,上下火,烤60分钟。
  • 9.烤好的蛋糕立即取出倒扣在烤网上,完全冷却后即可脱模。
  • 10.戚风分成2片。
  • 11.200克淡奶油,加20克白糖。
  • 12.打发淡奶油。
  • 13.菠萝罐头切丁。
  • 14.取一片蛋糕,抹淡奶油,放菠萝丁。
  • 15.盖上另一片蛋糕。
  • 16.表面抹淡奶油。
  • 17.用竹签画出梅花枝条。
  • 18.用少许淡奶油加绿色色素,装入裱花袋挤出枝条。
