Steps to make 莲蓉月饼

  • 1.将糖浆,油,枧水混合打发
  • 2.打发至这个状态
  • 3.加入低粉,搅拌均匀
  • 4.揉成团,放2小时
  • 5.咸蛋黄放烤箱,考至出油。
  • 6.鸡蛋和莲蓉称30克,月饼皮20克。
  • 7.莲蓉把蛋黄包起来。
  • 8.月饼皮把莲蓉馅包皮,按图片的手势往上推至包起整个馅。
  • 9.包好后滚粉。防止粘着
  • 10.月饼磨具压好
  • 11.做好了
  • 12.表面刷水,烤箱预热,210度烤5分钟。拿出来刷蛋黄水,这一步忘记拍图。轻轻刷上面纹路就可以。入烤箱烤5分钟。150度再考12分钟。注意观察上色情况哈
  • 13.蛋黄水,一半鸡蛋混合一点点水就可以刷很多了。据说要放两天回油比较好吃。没忍住,先切了一个吃,莲蓉低糖的刚刚好。刚烤好皮比较硬。果然要放两天才会好吃。
