香甜软糯的南瓜饼

Steps to make 香甜软糯的南瓜饼

  • 1.南瓜去皮后切成片,上茏蒸熟,晾凉后用料理机打成泥状。南瓜去皮时要注意把绿色的丝络也削掉。
  • 2.糯米粉逐次筛入南瓜泥里,加5克葵花籽油,慢慢搓成光滑的面团。南瓜泥与糯米粉的比例大约是1:1.
  • 3.面团称重后分成小剂子,约25克一个,豆沙也分成数份,约20克一个。
  • 4.将南瓜剂子压扁,慢慢捏成中间厚边上薄的厚片,包入豆沙团,慢慢收口捏紧搓圆。
  • 5.南瓜球放白芝麻里滚一圈,使均匀沾上芝麻
  • 6.轻轻压扁
  • 7.饼铛下盘加热,加油,南瓜饼排好煎至膨胀,翻身煎另一面。饼铛的功率有大有小,煎的时候最好在一旁看实际情况操作。
  • 8.成品。一次吃不完的南瓜饼可以密封好冷冻起来,想吃的时候拿出来复煎。
